You will collaborate with SAS, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing to resolve issues, support CAPAs and SCARs, and ensure adherence

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or a related field.
• 1+ years of post-market product surveillance experience.
• Experience conducting investigations within a regulated quality system environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to resolve product quality issues.
• Experience maintaining quality records and supporting quality system processes.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to continuous improvement of product safety and compliance by effectively managing and resolving quality complaints.
• Communicate with internal teams and external customers to facilitate complaint investigations.
• Receive and document complaints from customers, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complaints.
• Support quality system investigations, including issue reviews, nonconformances, CAPAs, and SCARs.
