Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to lead life science construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will coordinate resources, manage stakeholder communications, and maintain detailed project documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, has 1+ years of PM experience in life science settings, and demonstrates strong client-facing skills, organization, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in project management, specifically in life science construction.
• Proven working experience in project management and budget management.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in life science construction projects.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising life science construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Developing a detailed project plan to track progress and adjusting the schedule as needed.
• Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Managing the relationship with all stakeholders and maintaining regular communication.
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
