Job summary

USPack is seeking a Dispatcher (LS Tower) to act as the liaison between customers, independent contractors, and internal teams for healthcare and life science shipments. You will process delivery orders, monitor shipments, and ensure documentation compliance to support on-time, accurate service.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, logistics or admin.
• Must pass TSA Security Threat Assessment for Life Science clients.
• Experience with pharmaceutical delivery or logistics preferred.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and contractors; enter data accurately.
• Provide route completion support and operational assistance to contractors.
• Dispatch deliveries, update boards, monitor time-sensitive shipments.
• Review docs to ensure COPs/SOPs compliance; log POD.
• Generate daily reports on transportation issues and corrective actions.
