Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Pearland, TX is seeking a dedicated donor screener and phlebotomy support to help operate our plasma donation center. You will greet donors, screen and record vitals, perform finger sticks, and ensure donor safety while using our Donor Information System to manage donor charts and compensation.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to walk/stand for the full shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vitals and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and initiate changes.
