Job summary

New England Donor Services seeks an experienced clinician to join as Donation Coordinator. On-site responses to donor referrals, clinical donor evaluation, management, and organ recovery will be core duties. You will educate hospital staff and collaborate with families to obtain consent for donation.

The role requires travel across New England, strong critical care background, and calm performance in high-stress situations. January 2027 orientation and ongoing training are part of the program.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years clinical/critical care experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPTC certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate hospital staff on the donation process.
• Collaborate with donor families to obtain consent.
• Coordinate with surgical and critical care teams to optimize organs.
• Respond on-site to donor referrals with clinical expertise.
• Travel across New England for donor-related duties.
