Indiana Donor Network is hiring a Clinical Logistics Coordinator to manage ground transportation for organ and tissue teams, hospitals, funeral homes, and coroners. You will oversee driver requests, ambulance dispatch, donor check-in and check-out, and courier coordination to maximize donation opportunities and ensure timely, accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred associate degree in logistics, transportation, healthcare, or business.
• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or organ procurement operations preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking in high-stress environments.

Responsibilities

• Finalize electronic charting with accuracy.
• Coordinate dispatch of drivers and ambulances.
• Maintain real-time logistics dashboards.
• Support tissue and organ transport and coordination.
