Indiana Donor Network is seeking a Clinical Logistics Coordinator for day shift to manage ground transportation, ambulance dispatch, and courier operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The role ensures accurate documentation, supports organ and tissue teams, and maintains real-time dashboards for ongoing cases.

The position requires a high school diploma (Associate degree preferred) and experience in logistics or healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation coordination, healthcare operations, or organ procurement organization (OPO) operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of drivers and ambulances to support transportation of donor organs, tissue, teams, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate electronic charting and documentation; ensure real-time logistics dashboards.
• Communicate with coroners, funeral homes, hospitals, and internal teams; monitor courier activity and allocate fleet resources.
