Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure timely shipment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and direct clients properly.
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Notify clients about potential late deliveries.
• Build routes and recurring orders in TMS.
• Track and fix shipping errors.
• Monitor driver logs and performance.
• Cover routes as needed.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
