Job summary

911 Emergency Communications in Marion, NC seeks Emergency Medical Dispatchers to handle urgent calls, gather patient data, and coordinate EMS resources. You will determine priorities and provide protocol-based instructions as needed.

• Dispatch or coordinate ambulance resources when included in the assignment
• Provide protocol-based instructions within current qualifications
• Relay patient information and scene hazards to responding personnel
• Document call processing and participate in quality-review activities
