Lifebanc in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Hospital Services Coordinator to support our mission by strengthening donation culture within partner hospitals. You will develop plans, analyze data, and build relationships with physicians, nursing staff and leadership to meet performance goals and improve outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–5 years of professional experience, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work on-call and outside standard hours.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent work experience may apply.
Ability to be on call and work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Educate and coach hospital staff on organ and tissue donation processes to optimize outcomes.
Collaborate with hospital services to develop and implement plans to improve hospital performance.
Track results and adjust plans to meet targets and improve donation rates.
Provide onsite support during active cases and pending referrals.
Develop education materials and present to various audiences.
