Job summary

Infinite Legacy is seeking a Hospital Donation Coordinator 1 to lead hospital donor programs, build strong relationships with clinical staff, and analyze data to enhance donation performance. This role requires frequent travel to hospitals within the service area and on-site collaboration to implement strategic improvements.

The Coordinator will conduct education sessions, rounds, and ongoing monitoring of donation activity, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely follow-up after donation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare, communications, education, science, or related field.
• Associate’s degree with 2 additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s.
• Hospital setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain hospital profiles and strategic plans to increase organ and tissue donation.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical staff to ensure compliant donation processes.
• Provide education through rounds, staff meetings, and on-site in-services.
• Perform on-site visits, monitor donation activity, and follow up after donation cases.
• Coordinate with hospital partners to review data, identify obstacles, and adjust plans.
