Job summary

Lifebanc in Cleveland, OH seeks a Manager of Family Services to lead the Family Services department and ensure donor decisions are supported in the community. This role reports to Lifebanc’s leadership team and drives KPI performance and operational excellence.

The Manager will foster a collaborative culture, oversee staff training, audits, and compliance with CMS, AATB, FDA, and OPTN regulations while maintaining compassionate donor family support throughout the donation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in a professional health-care environment.
• Knowledge of organ donation regulations (Joint Commission, CMS, AATB, FDA, OPTN).
• 3 years of supervisory/administrative call experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Family Services Coordinators and clinical staff as needed.
• Lead and coach staff in donor family approaches and O/T/E donation.
• Oversee employment cycle: interview, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with quality team to address audits and deficiencies.
• Manage donor family communications and support during donation and recovery.
