• Minimum 4–5 years’ work experience in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate and coach hospital staff on organ/tissue donation processes to optimize outcomes.
• Develop and sustain relationships with hospital staff and leadership to achieve performance goals.
• Track hospital results and modify plans to improve outcomes.
• Provide onsite support during active cases and pending referrals.
• Create educational materials for trainings and presentations.
