Job summary

AAA Northern New England is seeking a Life Sales Agent in Maine to leverage warm leads and in-branch interactions to promote life insurance products. You will identify member needs, offer relevant options, and deliver exceptional service to drive retention and growth.

Starting at an hourly rate of $24.04 with a pathway to a higher earning range through sales performance, this full-time role includes paid training, licensing, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred; High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make daily warm sales calls from the large membership database.
• Engage with members walking into branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identify the financial needs of members and translate the benefits of life insurance.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

Qualifications:

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
• Sales experience highly preferred
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen

Our Life Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Life Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn an average between $56,100-$68,600 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped with exceeding sales goals.
