AAA Northern New England seeks a Life Sales Agent in Rutland, VT. Sell AAA Life Insurance to members using warm leads and branch interactions, delivering solutions that fit customer needs with strong earning potential.

Daily calls, licensing training, and ongoing support help you build a profitable business while providing legendary service to members.

Formación

• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Background and drug checks may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the benefits of life insurance.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.

Responsibilities include:

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

Qualifications:

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
• Sales experience highly preferred
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
