Auto Club Enterprises in Louisville, KY is seeking a Life Sales Agent to contact and nurture members, discuss life insurance products, and translate needs into solutions. You will work with a large member base, receiving warm leads and support to build a profitable book of business.

The role offers uncapped commissions, paid training and licensing, and opportunities for career growth within a nationally known organization with 120+ years of history.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Computer and organizational skills required.
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset.
• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for Life Insurance License.
• Must have a clean background and pass drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Make daily warm sales calls from a large member database.
• Engage with members in branches to discuss life insurance products.
• Identify members' financial needs and explain life insurance benefits.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.

Responsibilities Include:

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database

• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products

• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

Qualifications:

• Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal

• Spanish speaking preferred

• Have computer experience and good organizational skills

• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business

• Sales experience is highly preferred

• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus

• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License

• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals

• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.

• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
