Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Life Sales Agent to join its nationwide AAA network. You will rely on warm leads, deliver excellent service, and help members secure life insurance products.

The role offers uncapped commissions, paid training and licensing, and a path to significant earnings through strong performance. A high school diploma and financial license eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Computer literacy and good organization.

• High School Diploma required; college degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Competitive sales drive to meet monthly goals.
• Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at hire.
• Background, credit check, and drug screen will be completed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

Qualifications:

• Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
• Sales experience is highly preferred
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
