Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Life Safety Systems Construction Project Manager. You will oversee fire alarm and fire protection on our semiconductor construction projects, ensuring NFPA and local code compliance, bridging design intent and field execution, and maintaining on‑site quality control to minimize disputes and rework.

Responsibilities include site walks and coordination meetings, risk and change management, budget oversight, and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in construction related to fire alarm or fire protection.
• Experience commissioning projects; semiconductor industry a plus.
• Project management or construction management experience and certification.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Site walks, coordination meetings, and reports to track construction progress and stakeholder communication.
• Quality, safety, and compliance.
• Budget and cost control.
• Decision making using technical knowledge to avoid scope gaps, delays and cost overruns.
