Job summary

Low Voltage Contractors (LVC) is seeking an experienced Life Safety Service Sales Representative in Tempe, AZ to sell maintenance agreements for fire alarm and security systems. This role focuses on developing service accounts, generating new business, and maintaining customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of proven sales and cold calling experience, familiarity with fire alarm systems, and strong communication and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Associate degree preferred
• 2-5 years proven sales experience
• 2-5 years cold calling experience
• Experience working with fire alarm systems preferred
• Field experience is preferred
• Strong sales skills with 2+ years track record
• Clear and professional phone communication skills
• Good logic, reasoning and decision-making
• Strong customer service and teamwork
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing tech
• Self-motivated with cold calling experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Experience using a sales CRM system

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage existing and new service accounts and projects; identify add-on sales.
• Build and maintain a network to identify new sales leads.
• Focus on new business generation.
• Prospect via cold outreach, networking, territory development.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
• Resolve post-sale issues promptly.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
• Pursue ongoing training in related fields.
