Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate appropriate responses and notifications based on console indications or events involving life safety systems and emergencies.
• Respond to emergency situations, operate life safety systems, assess alarms, and initiate protocols.
• Program and maintain PM schedules within CMMS; update as directed.
• Control and dispatch open and completed work orders in CMMS.
• Monitor logs, report issues, and maintain documentation.
