Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Facilities Dispatcher to vigilantly monitor emergency alarm systems, relay critical information, and coordinate dispatch across the Facilities team. You will be the primary contact for safety issues, ensuring accurate logging and timely responses to incidents within a high-end resort environment.

The role requires English fluency, a high school diploma, and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficient with email, spreadsheets, word processing tools.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret manuals, policies and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emergency alarm systems and dispatch personnel to activations.
• Relay information and work orders to Facilities team members.
• Log all incident dispositions and update records in FCC systems.
• Notify fire department, internal departments, and utilities as required.
• Maintain records, memoranda, and activity logs for FCC operations.
