Qualifications

• Must have 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook preferred.

• Manage computerized maintenance management and life safety systems to prioritize, manage and dispatch maintenance team.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks consistently.
• Maintain awareness of cleanliness, safety and accident prevention.
