Evergreen Fire and Security is seeking a CAD Operator to draft and manage CAD projects for fire and security systems, including floor plans, elevations, and diagrams. You will ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards while collaborating with engineers and program managers.

The role emphasizes CAD proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to handle project documentation and customer service tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CAD; key drafter for CAD projects and standards.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and driving history).
• Valid state driver’s license and technical degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Organizes new and existing CAD projects and maintains files.
• Generates drawings using AutoCAD including floor plans and elevations.
• Interacts with engineers and program managers to gather drawing requirements.
• Translates root schematics into AutoCAD layouts and pdf deliverables.
