Horace Mann seeks a Life & Retirement Campaign Manager to lead growth-focused marketing initiatives across Life, Retirement, and Financial Services. This role partners across Marketing, Distribution, Product, Customer Experience, Operations, and Technology to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate combines financial services knowledge with strong marketing and project management, influencing growth through multiple channels and programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing programs that drive measurable business results.
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance, Retirement products, and related business processes.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing technologies, operational reporting tools, and campaign analytics.
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.

Mansioni

• Lead go-to-market strategies and integrated, multi-channel programs driving awareness, leads, and sales.
• Develop and execute campaigns for Life, Retirement, and financial services.
• Serve as the marketing SME for Life & Retirement products across business partners.
• Manage programs from concept through launch, measurement, and optimization.
• Coordinate with agents, call centers, and partners to optimize program effectiveness.
• Support sales with playbooks, briefs, and activation plans.
• Drive field adoption of Life & Retirement solutions and onboarding campaigns.
