Qualifikationen

• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing programs that drive measurable business results.
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance, Retirement products, and related business processes.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing technologies, operational reporting tools, and campaign analytics.
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.

Aufgaben

• Lead go-to-market strategies and integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that drive awareness, leads, calls, quotes, enrollments, deposits, rollovers, cross-sell opportunities, and sales.
• Develop and execute campaigns supporting Life, Retirement, and other financial services offerings.
• Serve as the marketing subject matter expert for Life & Retirement products, ensuring alignment between objectives and marketing execution.
• Manage programs from concept through launch, measurement, optimization, and reporting.
• Serve as liaison between agents, call center teams, and Life & Retirement partners to align priorities.
• Support sales with playbooks, toolkits, briefs, and activation plans.
• Assist with payroll slot opening/activation and field adoption of Life & Retirement solutions.
• Promote growth of registered representatives through onboarding campaigns and enablement programs.
