Horace Mann in Plano, Texas is seeking a Life & Retirement Campaign Manager to lead strategic, multi-channel marketing programs that drive awareness, leads, quotes, enrollments, and sales across Life, Retirement, and Financial Services offerings.

You'll partner across Marketing, Distribution, Product, Customer Experience, Operations, and Technology to align objectives with customer needs, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI, delivering measurable business results and growth for educators.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses required.
8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, partnerships, or business development.
Strong knowledge of Life Insurance, Retirement products, and related business processes.
Experience with CRM platforms, marketing technologies, operational reporting tools, and campaign analytics.
Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.

Mansioni

Lead go-to-market strategies and multi-channel programs to drive awareness, leads, and sales.
Develop and execute campaigns for Life, Retirement, and financial services.
Serve as marketing SME for Life & Retirement products and align objectives with marketing execution.
Manage programs from concept through launch, measurement, and optimization.
Collaborate with agents, call center teams, and business partners to optimize impact.
Create playbooks, sales briefs, and activation plans to support sales efforts.
Assist with payroll slots openings and field adoption of Life & Retirement solutions.
