• Supervise program activities and scheduling for Case Managers and consultants.
• Develop age-appropriate programs for young adults.
• Ensure reporting systems measure staff efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure participants receive mental health services.
• Support staff with trainings on grief management; multicultural issues.
• Triage referrals and monitor clinical service quality.
• Collaborate with community agencies and officials.
• Oversee recruitment and staff evaluations.
• Meet with VP to discuss achievements and admin matters.
• Represent the program to schools, churches, community centers.
• Plan and supervise family activities; manage intake and engagement.
• Manage volunteers and document community activities.
