Job summary

Comunilife seeks a Program Director to lead the Gramercy Residential Program in Manhattan, NY. You will oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and the delivery of psychosocial and health services to clients, ensuring quality and compliance with state and city standards.

The role requires a graduate degree and several years of management and mental health experience, with responsibility for budgets, reporting, and stakeholder collaborations. Benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years post-graduate mental health experience and 3–5+ years in administration of congregate residential programs.
• Experience with substance abuse, homelessness, and psychosocial services; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Gramercy Residential Program 24/7 and ensure quality services.
• Manage budgets, contract deliverables, and outcome measurements; liaise with funders.
• Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and support staff development.
• Coordinate with health and community services to ensure comprehensive access.
• Ensure compliance with NYC-DOHMH, NYSOMH, Medicaid, HRA, HUD and related rules.
• Represent Comunilife in meetings with regulators and partners; manage reporting.
