Job summary

One Inc is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director, Life to drive new business in Life and InsurTech by selling the Digital Payments Platform. You will own territory planning, executive engagement, and end-to-end enterprise cycles from prospecting to close.

The role requires a proven hunter with deep insurance knowledge, a track record of net-new logos, and willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and other senior leaders, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7–15 years of enterprise software, SaaS, payments, or technology sales.
• Direct experience selling to insurance carriers within Life/InsurTech.
• Proven history of closing six- and seven-figure opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans focused on whitespace identification, account penetration, and net-new business acquisition.
• Create, manage, and advance a qualified sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, account development, networking, referrals, partner relationships, and industry engagement.
• Establish and grow executive-level relationships with Life and InsurTech carrier organizations.
• Lead complex enterprise sales opportunities from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
• Conduct strategic discovery sessions to identify business challenges and transformation priorities.
