AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Life Insurance Sales Agent to drive growth by expanding life insurance opportunities among members and insureds. You will train frontline staff, manage leads, and stay current on industry changes while building strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes adherence to sales processes, performance targets, and a commitment to excellent member service. A license and related education are required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate relationships and generate referrals.
• Knowledge of life insurance and annuity product lines is a plus.
• Prior sales experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

• Maximizes life insurance market penetration with members and insureds; identifies sales opportunities and maintains production.
• Provides life sales support and training on lead development for frontline employees and agents.
• Keeps current in policy developments; attends meetings and stays updated to share sales ideas.
• Develops annual business plans with Life Sales Manager to meet goals and build customer relationships.
• Ensures compliance with company regulations and external guidelines.
