Job summary

AAA New Mexico LLC is seeking a Life Sales Agent to build and maintain relationships with members, selling AAA Life Insurance products and tailoring solutions to meet financial needs. You will work from branches, leveraging a broad member base and warm leads to drive retention and growth.

The role emphasizes service excellence, sales drive, and the ability to communicate benefits clearly. Training, licensing support, and a performance-based rewards program are offered.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
