Job summary

The Ritz Agency is seeking a Life Insurance Sales Rep to convert hot leads, make outbound calls, and guide clients through life insurance options using a proven sales process. You’ll build relationships that extend beyond a single transaction.

First-year earnings range from $65,000 to $85,000, with top performers earning $100,000+. Benefits include PTO, a 401(k) with matching, health and life insurance, gym reimbursement, and a Birthday PTO, all with a Mon-Fri schedule (8am-5pm).

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance license required.
• Experience selling life insurance products.
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Coachable, positive, and self-motivated mindset.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls daily.
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
• Able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow the agency’s sales guide for hot leads.
• Make outbound calls to prospects and referral opportunities.
• Explain life insurance coverage and its value.
• Follow up consistently with quotes and active prospects.
• Overcome objections and close new business.
• Ask for referrals and explain the referral program.
