Nationwide Financial seeks a Life Wholesaler to market life insurance products through broker networks across Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Minnesota. The role emphasizes consultative sales, relationship building, and territory management to drive life product adoption.

You will train partners, analyze client needs, and collaborate with professionals to provide tailored solutions and ensure territory production goals are met. Strong licensing and industry knowledge are required.

Qualifications

College-level mathematics, finance, statistics, economics, and investment management theories/practices.
Knowledge of financial service products, life insurance, and investment concepts.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for executives and partners.

Responsibilities

Manage key distribution partner relationships across assigned geographic territory.
Provide support and expertise to partners via meetings, webinars, and social posts.
Use a consultative approach to identify customer needs and recommend products.
Assess partners to understand business needs and expectations.
Advocate for partners to align with Nationwide strategies.
Establish a rotation of sales activity to achieve territory goals.
Analyze data from multiple sources to support outreach and decision making.
Conduct product and service training for partners and advisors.
Provide weekly activity updates to sales management.
