Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Chanhassen, MN seeks a Customer Experience Representative to act as the primary contact for life and accidental death policyholders. You will handle inbound calls, answer questions, and guide customers through important life events with compassion.

This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–7:00 PM window) at $22/hour. Strong communication, data entry accuracy, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of related experience, or 3–4 years in customer service/call center.
• Inbound call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries about life and accidental death policies.
• Update beneficiaries and policy information.
• Explain benefits and payment options with empathy.
• Process policy changes and account updates.
• Support customers through claims process.
