High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.

2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

4. Agents selling low premium policies ($30-50-70/month).

5. Individuals who are not coachable and have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent agents with strong communication skills.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling basic policies like final expense or mortgage protection. We operate entirely through virtual sales via telephone and Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
