High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are committed to high-performance sales in the insurance industry.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with excellent communication skills who can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Agents who are motivated and ready to follow our proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and top insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection policies. All sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
