We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are committed to high performance.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and requiring constant guidance.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who need hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachables with a large ego who are not open to training.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly in leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals ready to succeed.
