Job summary

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and knowledge of life insurance products and illustrations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills for member interaction.
• Ability to cultivate relationships and referrals with peers and staff.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and sales techniques.
• Licenses and certifications in life insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes life insurance market penetration with current members and insureds.
• Identifies and develops sales opportunities within the community.
• Provides life sales support and training on lead development for frontline staff.
• Maintains compliance with policy, regulations and reporting requirements.
• Develops annual business plan with Life Sales Manager input.
