Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a sales-focused Life Insurance professional to grow market penetration among members and insureds. You will train frontline staff, manage leads, and collaborate with Agents to promote life products and ancillary insurance services.

Required are a Life Insurance license, a valid driver’s license, and strong interpersonal skills. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree or related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Automobile Operator's License.
• Active State Resident Life Insurance License.
• Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years experience in Life Insurance and/or Annuity Sales (preferred).
• CLU, ChFC and/or LUTCF Designations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maximizes life insurance market penetration with current members and insureds and stays vigilant for new sales opportunities.
• Provides life sales support and training on lead development and identification for frontline employees and Sales Agents.
• Notifies Agents in a timely manner of results with referred leads and provides leads for other products/services.
• Stays informed of changes in policy and external practices; attends meetings and maintains continuing education for licensure.
• Develops annual business plans to meet goals and improve performance relative to annual sales targets.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
