AAA The Auto Club Group in Lockport, IL, is seeking a Field Life Agent to grow member relationships by selling Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products. You’ll develop leads, present proposals, and close sales while collaborating with branch teams to maximize referrals and ensure member satisfaction.

A state Life license and ongoing education are required. This full-time role offers a guaranteed base pay, uncapped commissions, and a broad benefits package including

Competenze

• Active valid State Life license.
• Ability to take and pass LUTC or CLU coursework.

Mansioni

• Solicit and sell Life & Health insurance and Annuity products under minimal supervision primarily within ACG branch location.
• Develop leads and prospects for new accounts through marketing activities such as phone calls, mailings, referrals, networking, website inquiries, and seminars.
• Prepare proposals and close sales of Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products.
• Achieve established sales goals.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, marketing techniques, and sales techniques.
• Respond to customer inquiries and problems.
• Build sales opportunities through customer engagement and follow-up.
• Complete appropriate applications and forms.
• Follow internal processing procedures to ensure transactions comply with company policies and practices.
• Prepare reports documenting prospecting and sales activities.
• Maintain specified production standards and persistency levels for required products.
• Collaborate with branch teams to maximize referrals and cross-sell opportunities.
