AAA seeks a life insurance sales professional to expand market penetration while supporting frontline staff and agents. You will chase opportunities, manage leads, and build durable relationships with members and insureds in a dynamic office setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Life Insurance license, a bachelor’s or higher, and have strong communication and sales skills. Licensing and compliance are essential, with ongoing professional development and collaboration with management.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED; valid driver’s license.
• Active resident Life Insurance license.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• (preferred) 1+ years life insurance or annuity sales.
• (preferred) CLU, ChFC and LUTCF designations.

Responsibilities

• Maximize life insurance market penetration with members and insureds; identify sales opportunities.
• Provide life sales support and training to frontline employees and agents.
• Develop annual business plan with Life Sales Manager; align objectives with goals.
• Ensure compliance with AAA Life and external regulations.
• Build strong relationships with agents, branch management, and staff.
