Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) is seeking a Manager for U.S. Life Information Systems to lead a team delivering business analysis, application delivery, and production support for Private Client Life and U.S. Life Insurance apps.

You will partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure real value from technology initiatives, maintain stability, and drive governance and continuous improvement across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business preferred or equivalent.
• 7+ years IT experience including BA, application support, SDLC, production support.
• 3+ years leadership or delivery management experience.
• Experience in life insurance or regulated industry.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams and vendors.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Planner.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Systems Analysts in developing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and solution documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders to define scope, value, risks, and improvements; ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage projects, enhancements, timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications; support Agile practices.
• Oversee ongoing application operations, incident management, and change governance for assigned apps.
• Build strong relationships with partners, IT leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams; support onboarding and knowledge transfer.
