Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) is seeking a Manager, U.S. Life Information Systems to lead a team responsible for business analysis, application delivery, QA coordination, and operational support for U.S. Life Insurance applications.

The role partners with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, QA, architecture, InfoSec, and vendors to deliver scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in IT, strong leadership, and deep experience with Agile,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience.
• 7+ years IT experience in BA, app support, SDLC, or production support.
• 3+ years leadership, project management, or delivery management.
• Experience in life insurance or financial services.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Planner.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
