Job summary

Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) is seeking a Manager, U.S. Life Information Systems to lead a team delivering business analysis, application delivery, QA coordination, and production support for Private Client Life and U.S. Life Insurance applications.

The role partners with stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, QA, architecture, Information Security, and vendors to ensure high-quality, scalable technology solutions while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience including business analysis, application support, SDLC delivery, or production support.
• 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, project management, or delivery management experience.
• Experience in life insurance or financial services environments and working with Agile/Scrum/hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Systems Analysts in developing clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and solution documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders to define scope, business value, risks, and practical technology solutions.
• Promote consistent BA standards and understanding of applications, integrations, and downstream impacts.
