Job summary

Pan-American Life Insurance Group seeks a Manager, U.S. Life Information Systems to lead a team delivering business analysis, application delivery, QA coordination, and operational support for Private Client Life and U.S.

Life Insurance apps. You will partner with business stakeholders and IT teams, drive Agile practices, oversee production support, and manage vendors to ensure reliable, scalable technology and aligned outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
7+ years of IT experience, including business analysis, application support, SDLC delivery, technology implementation, or production support.
3+ years of leadership, supervisory, project management, or delivery management experience.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience collaborating with remote teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Business Systems Analysts in developing clear, complete, and traceable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and solution documentation.
Partner with business stakeholders to define scope, business value, risks, and technology solutions.
Manage projects, enhancements, operational initiatives, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
Support Agile practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery planning.
Oversee ongoing application operations, incident management, and SDLC/change governance.
