You will provide expert advice, build long-term relationships, and drive growth in a compliant, client-centric manner. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, educating customers on policy options, leveraging CRM tools, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health Insurance Producer license required.
• Proven experience as an insurance agent, preferably in life and health insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic office software.
• Ability to analyze client needs and tailor insurance solutions.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance and ethical standards.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life and health insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering reliable guidance and support.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of various insurance plans.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base through networking, referrals, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and interactions in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless client experience during claims or policy updates.
