Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a Life Director to lead and support life insurance and annuity sales initiatives. This onsite role focuses on driving business growth, developing sales strategies, and guiding teams across multiple office locations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in life insurance and annuity sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate teams toward production objectives. Travel to regional offices is required; relocation may be needed.

Qualifications

Active life insurance license and annuity certification.
5+ years of experience in life insurance and annuity sales.
Familiarity with Applied EPIC.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales professionals.
Willingness to travel between regional office locations as needed.
Willingness to relocate may be required depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and support life insurance and annuity sales initiatives across the organization.
Develop and implement strategies to increase new business production and support continued growth.
Provide strategic direction, coaching, and guidance to sales professionals.
Monitor sales activity and performance against established organizational goals.
Support the management and development of life insurance and annuity business.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, client engagement, and overall performance.
Travel to regional office locations as needed to support teams and business operations.
