Qualifications

• Active Life and Health Insurance Producer license required.
• Proven experience as an insurance agent, preferably in life and health insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic office software.
• Ability to analyze client needs and tailor insurance solutions.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance and ethical standards.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
