Responsibilities

• Plan and implement educational and recreational programs for residents.
• Create a seven-day-a-week calendar of activities.
• Develop monthly newsletters and calendars.
• Encourage resident participation in life enrichment activities.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers.
• Coordinate transportation to outings and events.
• Assist in planning community events and decorations.
• Capture stories and photos for press releases and Home Office.
• Supervise program leaders and vendors.
• Report health or behavior changes to leadership.
