Job summary

Responsibilities

• Comply with the Community’s personnel, safety, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Report observed or alleged resident abuse/neglect immediately to supervision.
• Maintain the confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Plan and implement activities to meet residents’ needs, including large groups, small groups, and individuals.
• Maintain documentation as required by state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, retention, and involvement with residents.
• Plan staff functions and activities to increase staff morale.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations including safety and infection control.
